EARTH SCIENCE CP (9611) Grades 10-12 5 credits

Prerequisite:

• Successful completion of Biology CP or Integrated Science CP

The topics to be studied include geology, meteorology, oceanography, astronomy, and space science. Students who may have an interest in any of these fields of study are encouraged to enroll. This course does require basic mathematics skills such as interpreting data from graphs, recording data in scientific form, using the metric system for measurement, and using scientific notation when required.
