The National Honor Society is an organization sponsored by the National Association of Secondary School Principals. This prestigious organization seeks to recognize students who have exemplified the qualities required for admission. They qualities, based on the four pillars of NHS, are Character, Scholarship, Leadership, and Service.
Here at Old Bridge High School, being a member of the National Honor Society is both an honor and a responsibility. Should you decide to pursue membership, you will have obligations to the OBHS NHS chapter. The National Honor Society elevates a school's commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. As such, NHS chapters and students care not only about student achievement, but also community engagement.
