Dear Shepard Sharks!
Welcome back from summer break! As you know we begin the 23-24 school year on Thursday September the 7th, and I am excited that students and staff will be back in the building soon. If you have not already checked, the Realtime Parent Portal has been populated with your child's homeroom assignment and transportation, and is accessible to all parents/guardians. A general school supply list has been posted on the district website but please note that classroom teachers requests may vary from that general list. Teachers will be providing more details regarding what will be required for their classrooms on the first day of school. Please make sure you check the correspondence and documents sections of the portal as well. We look forward to seeing you soon. Please note that our first PTA meeting is Wednesday September 13th at 7:00PM in person, in the Shepard APR. Open House is scheduled for September 27th and our Welcome Back PTA sponsored Bash will be held on Friday September 15th in the front of the school- Time for the event will be forthcoming.
Finally a reminder to all our Kindergarten Students and their Parents/Guardians-- the Kindergarten Orientation will take place Wednesday September 6th at 3:30PM in the APR. Parents and Guardians may use Door 24 for entry.
