Lisa Tooley and Kaylin Milius of Shepard Elementary School and Madison Santiago of McDivitt Elementary School were among the 28 fourth grade finalists in the Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey's Design a Fourth Grade Folder contest.  More than 3,400 fourth grade students from across New Jersey entered, but only 28 earned recognition at the program award ceremony held virtually on Tuesday, May 12th.  The finalists received medals for their creative peer-to-peer substance use prevention artwork following the theme "Fun Things to Do Instead of Drugs.
