Directions to Sign Up for a Digital Old Bridge Public Library Card

The Old Bridge Public Library has many digital resources that are available to you. There are digital magazines, e-books, audio books, databases, tutor.com, Kanopy for streaming films and documentaries, and the Tumblebooks library for elementary school students.

• Go to oldbridgelibrary.org

• Find the yellow box marked library cards and click on it.

• You then will go to the LMxAC website. Scroll down through the list of libraries to Old Bridge and click on it.

You will then be prompted to enter all your information and submit it. Once your application is processed you will receive a 6-month library card that entitles you to all digital content. Once the library building is reopened, if you would like to borrow physical material you will have to re-apply for a library card that entitles you to all services.

For Old Bridge Public School Teachers: Old Bridge Board of Education employees can also apply for a digital access card. Please use the address of the Board of education 4207 Rt 516, Matawan NJ 07747 and your OB school email. Do NOT use the address of your home school but use the address of the board of education.

Parents: please note that parental controls are not turned on by default for content in Kanopy and hoopla. If you are concerned about minors viewing mature content, we recommend enabling these controls after you've received your child's library card number.
