Due to the shortened amount of time for in-person learning, the ability to maintain social distancing, and the need for repeated use of the same equipment, mandated health screenings for your child will be waived for the 2020/2021 school year. Please visit your medical home for yearly screenings, such as: height, weight, blood pressure, vision, and hearing. Your school nurse will perform a screening on a targeted, as needed basis. Please forward any results your medical home screenings to your child's school nurse.
